Every man has both a feminine and masculine side. Today we will focus on the best 7 ways to increase your masculinity and become more attractive to women.

1. Know What You Want

Femininity is fluid and ever-changing, like the sea. Masculinity is the opposite: it’s rigid and enduring, like the mountains. Regardless of the circumstances, a man needs to know and follow his path to be in touch with his masculine core.

There’s an easy way to find out what matters to you the most (your values) — take a piece of paper and write down the answers to the following questions:

Which 5 things in the whole world matter to you the most? What are you good at? How are you going to provide for yourself (and your family)? Do you want to have children? What are you really passionate about? These are some of the questions you need to have an answer to.

2. Be Focused and Sharp

Once you know your purpose and you have a clear vision for your life, create a strategy to achieve your goals. Come up with actionable steps for making that happen. Amplify your strengths and be mindful of your weaknesses.

Confidence is definitely one of the most desirable features in a man, and nothing boosts a man’s confidence more than his own accomplishments. Be sharp, bold, assertive and don’t back down from challenges. When you push your limits and develop grit, you will learn the most about your true, masculine self.

One of the books that helped me understand men on a deeper level was a recommendation by my husband — “The Way of the Superior Man” by David Deida. In his book, he talks about finding your highest purpose in life, and prioritizing it over your relationships because only by being your most authentic self, you can offer your partner your full, undivided presence.

3. Groom Yourself

How you look matters. And whoever told you that a heart of gold is enough was most probably lying. Walk with your head held high, buy some nice clothes, take care of your body and mind.

There is nothing more unattractive to a woman than a man who doesn’t shower, wears dirty clothes and acts like a savage. If you want to become the best version of yourself, don’t forget to take care of yourself. If you want to attract a high-value woman, get closer to acting like a gentleman, not a lumberjack.

4. Honesty Is The Best Policy

When in doubt, tell the truth. Click To Tweet

One of the best features of a truly masculine man is his straightforward, even radical, honesty. He is upfront and doesn’t feel the need to manipulate others to express his thoughts and get what he wants.

He is so overwhelmingly powerful in his own ability to live up to his word, that everybody respects him and listens to him.

5. Protect and Respect Women

If you feel like you have issues with women in general, that may be a sign that you should consider talking to a professional. Women are delicate creatures and they need to be treated with respect.

No matter how many times you’ve been hurt, you need to be open to the possibility of love. Protect your woman and help her feel safe, and she will make you feel like the king of the world.

6. Be Polite and Smile

A true gentleman is not the one who curses the loudest, he is the one whose smile works like a charm on women. Be polite and enjoy having a conversation with different people.

Talk about your work, your skills, but also be involved in the other person’s interests. Have a nice sense of humor, acknowledge things and don’t be afraid to go out there. There’s no such thing as making a fool of yourself.

7. Keep Your Word

“A man is only as good as his word.”

When you say you’re going to do something, do it. When you promise to help someone, don’t change your mind at the last minute. When you hurt someone you love, have the strength to apologize. All of this may seem trivial, but the truth is being a masculine man is no walk in the park.

Masculinity requires you to sacrifice your boyish behavior and evolve to become a true alpha male. You can only be your best self if you commit to it. And no amount of your woman’s nagging is going to help you. Believe in your ability to change—and you most certainly will.

Good luck,
