No amendment or variant of these terms, oral promise, or other commitment related to them will be valid unless in writing (in printed form, bearing the signature of Coach Simona; in digital form, bearing the e-signature of Coach Simona from contact@coachsimona.com).
The purchase provides you with a copy of the eBook in .PDF and/or .EPUB file format. The copy is digital, non-editable, and copyrighted as stated on the “Legal Disclaimer” page (the legal disclaimer) inside its contents. The copy is intended for your personal use only and in full accordance to the legal disclaimer. You are forbidden from distributing, selling, or reselling this eBook to others in any way or format.
On successful payment for the eBook, your copy will be sent to you to the email address that you entered in the purchase form on the sales page (www.coachsimona.com/simplify-your-life-book). The payment gateway that Coach Simona uses for processing your payment and delivering your purchase to you is Gumroad (www.gumroad.com). Your invoice for the transaction and a link to download the eBook will be sent to you from an @customers.gumroad.com email address.
